Paul is an experienced real estate investor who uniquely understands the needs of building owners. He has owned and operated more than 2 million square feet of retail, office and industrial real estate. He has a perspective on what is important to asset owners and managers. He is effective at communicating with owners, project managers and tenants. His primary goal, with any project, is to get it completed on time and budget and with minimal disruption to tenants while providing the highest quality of workmanship.

As a third generation contractor, Chris brings a vast amount of knowledge and expertise to the construction industry from the ground up. Construction has been a family tradition since 1934 when Chris’s grandfather started a successful construction company in Oklahoma. Chris started his career at the age of 15 when he started working for his dad’s brick laying crew in Oklahoma. After moving to California in 1997, Chris quickly expanded his knowledge by working for a couple of companies before starting his own successful construction company in 1999. Over the last 25 years, Chris has specialized in kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, tenant improvements, as well as additions and custom homes. Chris still believes in the core values that his father and grandfather brought to the industry: “The work you do is a reflection of who you are.”

Vimal has years of construction experience in residential and commercial real estate. His focus on details makes him a valued team leader. Every client wants the fine details given equal attention to the complexities of the overall job. Vimal brings this eye to detail which clients appreciate because he treats every project as if it personally belongs to him. He doesn’t discriminate between single room remodels and large ground up construction projects when it comes to his focus on details.
